Iron Man en zijn high-tech pakken zijn altijd al geliefd geweest. Tony Stark ontwierp het Mark IV-pantser om het Mark III-pantser te vervangen nadat het zwaar beschadigd was geraakt in een gevecht. Hij liet het zien met een grootse entree in de Stark Expo in Marvel Studios' Iron Man 2. Ontworpen om het oudere, beschadigde model op te volgen, heeft het pantser een iets ander ontwerp dan zijn voorganger, met een meer gestroomlijnd uiterlijk en gerande pantserplaten. Als eerste opwindende release van 2022 zijn Sideshow en Hot Toys verheugd om de verbazingwekkend gedetailleerde en massieve Iron Man Mark IV Quarter Scale Collectible Figure te introduceren, geïnspireerd op Iron Man 2.  Prachtig ontworpen met prachtige details, de 1/4e schaal figuur meet ongeveer 48,6 cm hoog en is gemaakt op basis van Robert Downey Jr's scherm verschijning als Tony Stark/Iron Man uit de film. Het heeft een nieuw ontwikkelde Tony Stark gehelmd hoofd sculpt, een verwisselbare gehelmd hoofd met LED-verlichting functie, vakkundig toegepaste metallic Hotrod rood en goud-gekleurde pantser, LED-verlichting schijnt door verschillende gebieden van het pantser, scharnierende pantser ontworpen om interieur mechanische ontwerp of verborgen wapens te onthullen, en een speciaal ontworpen figuur standaard.
